    first time using a chest freezer for temp control

    I’m fermenting my first batch using my chest freezer temperature controller. I have set the cooling temperature set to 66 with a 1 degree differential. The internal temperature in my fermenter is getting down to 63 before it starts warming back to the 66-67 area. I’m guessing this is due to...
