    My first batch of mead

    6.5 gl batch of peach mead started Nov. 15 2012. The peachyness is from 5 cans of frozen concentrate. Not the a super classy way of doing it but i was trying to bring up the suger level without buying more honey (13.5lbs of the bee juice). OG was 1.08.
