Some songs are good, but some are a bit too poppy.

The last time the original Screeching Weasel (or most of them) played together, Ben Weasel punches a girl and Dan Vapid and others leave the band. http://youtu.be/GRmLoIsGq2A

Me too! I haven't seen the Queers in almost 10 years. The last two times I saw them was with the Smugglers. Those were two great bands to see together! Don't forget that Masked Intruder is on this tour too.

Watch City Brewing in Waltham, MA fills your corny kegs!

Every time I went, the prices were a bit different, but it always was between $45 & $55. I don't know of any other brew pubs around here that fills a corny, but if you get a sanke tap, you can easily put a regular keg on your system. Gordon's (on Main St. in Waltham) often has some decent...

Watch City Brewing in Waltham, MA fills your corny kegs!

Yep, Watch City still fills corny kegs. Just make sure that you label your corny with your name, phone number, & list a few of their beers that you want since they can't always fill your keg with your top choice. It usually takes them about 5 days to a week to fill it. if I don't hear anything...

    Wholesale Bottles

Hi, I'm in the process of opening up a store (not a homebrew store) and I need cases & cases of 375ml & 750ml wine bottles. Does anyone know a wholesaler or distributor with cheap prices? Any contacts would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'm supposed to work on the 28th. If this is really going to happen, I can try and switch days with someone.

Count me & Kim in (since she does all the work and I do nothing but drink the wine).

Is this going to happen tomorrow? The weather looks like it will be good (unlike when we put them in the barrels & it started pouring minutes after we finished).

    Reggae, rocksteady, and ska fans?

Chris Murray was in King Apparatus years ago. I never really liked them, but his solo stuff is great. Here's a video of him with Vic Ruggiero (of the Slackers). Last time I saw Chris Murray play, the Slackers were playing at a different club in Boston, and Vic showed and did a bunch of songs...

    Reggae, rocksteady, and ska fans?

I've been listening to ska since I was in the 5th grade when a family friend gave me some Madness, Specials, & English Beat records. Now, that I'm almost 40, I'm still listening to the stuff, mainly from the 60s and the European stuff from the late 80s/early 90s. I have a big box full of...

    Massachusetts group grape buy

It was never a real plan, but I was hoping that it had (or would) evolve into something since it was the last date thrown out a while back. Unfortunately, I'm not going to be around on 9/17. Sad that I'm going to miss Masstober. I bottled some sangiovese the other weekend that was almost two...

Are we still going to be bottling this Sunday? If so, what time?

Hey Paul, If you don't dump the bad barrel before we bottle, I'll take a few gallons of it.

That stinks, but it's not a big deal. It happens, and we had fun making it! If we are still bottling, the first Sunday in Aug. works for me.
