I don't think that's it. If I press in the poppet, beer sprays out. Is there any chance that the liquid line on the keg has the wrong connect on the top of the keg? I know there is a long dip tube on the liquid line, but I have a feeling the connection on the keg is too long and may be a gas...

Thanks for the responses, Both the pin and springs are inside the QD. Also, I just tried to put all of my weight on the QD and twist it in, so I think it's down all of the way. Lastly, I opened the taps slowly, but still nothing. Do you know how I would check to see if the taps are faulty...
