I can definitely see what you’re saying about the beer changing as the keg empties. This pours with such a huge head that I only get maybe 2/3 of the bottle into a 12oz class. It pours clear and crips. Then when I top off the glass, all of the yeast gets in there.

Correct, BSG won’t sell wholesale to homebrewers. They have a division that supplies homebrew retailers. They don’t want to undercut their retailers. It’s also why they don’t love professional brewers doing group buys for homebrewers.
