    low fermentation temp... now time to raise??

    hello, so i have been fermenting with S-05 in my chamber at a constant wort temp of 63 degrees for 12 days.. do I raise temp for a D-rest / clean up phase? if so, what temp? I plan to keep on the yeast cake for another 7 days, then transfer to secondary for another 2 weeks. thanks!!!

    equipment maximization..

    hi all. i need your advise. So I want to take my favorate 5 gallon recipe and do a 10 gallon batch. It’s a black IPA. Beersmith calculates the grain at 33LB and a pre boil volume of 15 gallons. It calculates the mash at 42 quarts of water... I only have a 10 gallon round cooler for a MLT...
