    Criterion Freezer reset time?

    I was looking at the Criterion freezers at Menards. I noticed that the manual says that if the unit loses power that you have to wait 3 to 5 minutes to restart it, or it won't run. Is this common, and would it be an issue with a Randco ETC? It seems like if it cycled too soon for some reason...

    Kettle drain guidance?

    Well, I haven't brewed in several years and now I have a serious itch. I have a keggle with a 2" triclover drain, and I need to make a diptube for it. It's only use will be for 5 gallon extract batches, and pellet hops in a bag. I have never used a keg or a hop bag before, so I'm not sure...
