You essentially need to have one or two flagships that make up the majority of your sales and then...

    Bottle or keg?

Bottling is relatively inexpensive compared to kegging. Kegging is, IMO easier and much more convenient. However, that being said I think you should start off bottling as a beginner brewer.

Biggest Flip Top bottle I have ever seen

They aren't at all. Cheap chain and a universal tiny lock. Could both be broken off if somebody wanted.

Biggest Flip Top bottle I have ever seen

If you read the posts prior to your post and the one you quoted you would see a picture I posted of 3 of these bottles sitting in front of a chair. Locks are still on as well.

I love horse brass. Haven't been for a while. Maybe I will venture over there this weekend and stop by Belmont station as well.

    Deschutes brewery

Ahh completely understand. Keep in mind it is a great place for outdoor family-friendly activities as well. Maybe take a trip with your kid and some friends with kids and do various things during the day and hit a brewpub for dinner and a beer at night?

    Deschutes brewery

Mcmenamins is spread out throughout the Portland area and up the I5 corridor into Washington a ways. I have 2 within 5 minutes from where I live and go to both regularly. Not the best beer in the world but iirc they brew on a 10 barrel system at both locations and the brewers have a lot of...

I'm on my phone and can't see where your at. I'm assuming up north. Either way, I highly recommend taking a vacation and going to bend for a week or so an doing the bend ale trail or at least visiting as many of the breweries down there as you can. My wife and I did the ale trail in 3 days on...

Agree on food being overpriced. Apps and beer is where it's at there. Rogue, rogue brewing. Same ****.
