    sorbate, no ... K meta (potassium metabisulfite) possibly, depending on how much free so2 is now in the wine... http://www.accuvin.com/Products%20Free%20SO2.html basic kit starts at 65 so it's a bit pricey... If it was me and my money, I would chalk it up as a learning experience

    What was the recipe you used? Did you add pectic enzyme before you started? It's more than likely pectin crystallizing, if you can cold stabilize it for a few weeks it will stick to the sides and won't transfer to the bottle, otherwise just bottle it won't effect flavor or drink-ability, just...

    I know I'm new here and all, but FWIW, a guy unwilling to sell a keg because there's still beer in it almost 100% means it's stolen, and it is no less of a crime to buy stolen property that you don't know is stolen over if you did know it was... it's still receiving and concealing stolen...
