I started brewing small batches of 2.5 gallons. I have two 3 gallon carboys. I usually do a 1 week primary ferment then transfer to a clean 3 gallon carboy for secondary.
My plan: I want to do a 5 gallon brew and plan on picking up a 6 gallon glass carboy for a primary fermentation...
