    Kegged the bamboo blonde test today. The addition of the bamboo gave the yeast a second wind and the final gravity dropped from 1.009 to 1.005 (OG of 1.046). That was more than I expected.     1/2" Autosiphon

    I accidentally popped the valve out of my autosiphon too. I took a wooden dowel, hot glued the top of the valve on to the end of it and carefully pushed it back into place. A twist of the rod then popped the valve off. It took a while to get the sucker lined up, but it worked!
