    Hey NBC, I aerated the crap outta that baby. Went back and forth between fermenter and brew kettle a few times (cleanly, of course). Then shook it around for 2-3 minutes in the fermenter. I'll go ahead and put that tube in tonight. Thanks!

    Hey all, Just finished brewing the 115th Dream Hopbursted IIPA from Northern Brewer. According to kit, OG should be around 1.085-1.09. My reading was around 1.11. Not too concerned, this is only my second brew so I'm assuming it was an error in reading / the water + wort wasn't properly...
