Clint you forgot my latest addition

Built a counter flow wort chiller. Tried for 50' because I found 1/2 copper tubing on a great sale. I couldn't get all the tube inside the hose it kept binding up even with tons of soap in the hose. So I settled with a little over 26'. I can't wait to try it out.

Started my first starter on the newly built stir plate. Having a go at a hard cider tomorrow.

I am new to cider and will be trying this recipe this weekend. My question is if I follow the original recipe (below) and want to keg it should I use a campden tab to kill yeast before I back sweeten it? Also should I add this before or after I add the cinnamon sticks? I am thinking of trying...

Made a keggle for a buddy who is starting to brew Legged a Hef that tasted amazing flat so I am having a hard time waiting for it to carbomate

Has anyone kegged this recipe? Did you kill the yeast first or just cold crash it after it fermented all the way? I am worried about filling up a bottle or two for a friend and have her leave it out....
