Just noticed that TSP/90 has a warning "do not use on glass." Do those of you that mix Oxiclean and TSP/90 use the mix to clean your glass carboys? Have you noticed any side effects?

I dry hopped this with an ounce of Citra and...wow!

Tasted for the first time yesterday. Damn it's good. Ended with an FG of 1.011 but for some reason this tastes pretty dry. It's nice and hoppy too, but I think this will mellow out a bit with time. Thanks for the recipe OP!

Yeah bargainfittings.com is great. I got my cooler mash tun ball valve set up there and it works flawlessly!

+1 for the 15 gallon kettle. No one ever looks back and thinks "dang, my kettle is too big."

My 50' coil stainless chiller chills 5 gallons in 10 minutes. What kind of benefits would you get by criss crossing? Probably very little, if any. Not worth it in my opinion. Smooth metal = less places for bacteria to hide. Stick with what works for the masses.

Brewed this per the recipe on Sunday. First ever all grain brew. Had to top it off a bit after that 90 min boil to get it back close to 5 gallons. Still hit an OG of 1.072. Can't wait till its ready to drink! Thanks OP!

+1 for the Bayou Classic SQ14. Mine works great! Can't beat $44 on Amazon. Used it outside in winter too, although winters here in the Seattle area aren't bad at all.
