    I am new to home brewing. My batches have turned out well. I have been doing kits and recipes I have found online. I am looking for resources to read that will teach me about flavor profiles of grains, malts, and hops. Does anyone know where I can get this info?

    I brewed a batch of doggy style ale clone last month. It is kegged, carbonated and refrigerated. This is bitter as hell. I have been waiting for it to die down is there anything i can do to this batch to cut bitterness now? Like adding malt or maltodextrin?

    Awesome Blueberry Wine

    Did you find it necessary to put the primary ferment into a larger container. I did this batch in a 2 gal bucket and it "boiled" over. I then transfered it to a 5 gal.
