The problem is that the last thread isn't always the most up to date. I quoted the last thread with a count on my post just before you and didn't realize the previous page had a higher count. There's got to be a better way to do this than to rely on a bunch of people who drink to do math...

Smoking a chicken tomorrow for a friends birthday party. I'm thinking about smoking a beef roast of some sort as well, something other than a brisket. Any one have any recommendations? I'll he stopping at the store in about 2 hours or so to get the meat if anyone has suggestions.
