a quick update with pics: i have made a bottle drying trolley for my home. it holds all of the equipment and is very easy to move it about we have made wheat beer with hot chilly i have taken about 20 pomegranates worth of juicy and added yeast to it - its been sitting for about 3 months now...

on the brewing front: we made another apple cider, and an apple/peach cider we made "murika" - an APA we made cherry/Raspberry liquor - will be ready in 4 months we are now fermenting polish mead

long time no update :cross: on the equipment front: both of the refrigerators did not work... we got a new one, we sand it, painted it and now we have our first lager fermenting in it :ban: we started cooking all grain finally with a new gas burner

not so much... the two fridges are broken and of no use... we didn't do anything at the brewery -still no power. we have been brewing: cider stout with coffee and dark chocolate cherry liquor

we had two bb incidents both were due to what was probably weak used bottles. since then i store bottles in cases where the bottles are separated by a divider and i also put a blanket on the top to contain the blast the mess was huge...
