    Midwest Irish Red fermintation?

    Oh, another question. Should I be keeping my ingredients kit (the entire box) in the fridge until brew day?

    1) Should the bottles be standing or resting on their side? 2) Placed in a fridge or kept out at room temp, which in my basement is a consistent low 70s? 3) Keep bottled 2 or 3 weeks before serving? Thanks in advance. I'm sure I'll be posting more questions. CHEERS!

    Partial boils? Would that be say dividing my grain in half, then boiling a 2 gallon pot, pouring it in my 5 gallon bucket, then boiling 2 more gallons with the remaining grains?
