    Waiting patiently?

    I like to chill the first one for a full 2 days in the fridge then taste it after its been bottled 7 to 10 days, same thing with 2nd one a week later and so on until about three to four weeks in they are fully carbed and oh so tasty!

    How much beer do you drink daily?

    A lot more now that I home brew beer, I tend to put away 1 to 2 of my homebrewed 22oz bombers a night these days. I still buy a 6 pack of beer from the liqueur store from tome to time when I'm planning what I'm going to brew next just to make sure that's the style I want 5 gal of in my pipeline

    Let it go for at least 3 weeks man, I'm so much happier with my tasty brews now that I learned not to rush them and remember to use your hydrometer for 3 readings before bottling/kegging
