I would prefer real pumpkin over canned, but we have enough supplies for two batches, so I might try canned pumpkin and real pumpkin and see if using one over the other makes a real difference. :D

Fort Collins is just up the road, and they have a ton of brewery's worth checking out for tours. Though I'be heard from many others that New Belgium fills up pretty fast (but there might be people who just don't show up, so you might have some luck.)

Am I the only one who seems to live near an unhelpful LHBS? Everybody I've spoken to agrees with me on this one - they're kind of a bunch of ********. I mean, they'll help you if you ask for it, but they always act like it's a major inconvenience.
