I am doing partial mash... I did the grain in bag in 154 degree water for 45 minutes... Heated up sparge water to 168 degrees, plan on doing the tea bag method. Will I get better results if I rinse my grains with the sparge water from the tea bag pot??

I used #10... 1/2" ID 11/16" OD 3/32" Thickness

Gas connection on pin lock leaks, if I position the connection just right it stops, but if it gets bumped it'll leak co2... Using a new o ring kit and brand new connector.... Any suggestions? Maybe find a thicker o ring for a tighter connection?

Woodwork is done... Now sanding, stain, poly, tile, light, insulation and a little wiring... All down hill from here...

I could leave it in the fermenter for a few more days... Been dry hopped for 4 days now, will it make a huge difference?

Forgot about the oxygen.... 5-7 days is probably too long?

Regulator didn't get shipped with order, will have it and co2 in a week. I'm assuming it will be Ok in a keg until then? Providing I can get a good seal on the keg without pressure?
