    Ferment in refrigerator

    I'm still fairly new to brewing and had a question about fermenting in a refrigerator. I'm making an Oktoberfest that requires fermentation at 65 degrees or cooler.     High steeping temp

    Brewed a batch of Dunkelweizen today. While steeping the chocolate & malt, the temp got above 170 for about 3 minutes.
