First Keezer Build 5.0 cu ft.

I will work on some inside pictures. It was very easy to build. Honestly my first time ever doing any wood work, and it went surprisingly well. It's going to hold 2 five gallon kegs and co2.

First Keezer Build 5.0 cu ft.

Just finished my first Keezer build had a blast building it. Used a 5.0 cu ft freezer attached the frame to the original lid of freezer. Used Klear Kote epoxy over patches. Bought a strip of led lights off eBay to go around the inside edge. Use chalk paint on the front to write the brews on tap.

    Simple labels are better.

That is a great idea with the tags, looks like a good idea when gifting.

Interesting Wort Chiller - Anyone Every Use It?

I've seen a few other post on this. Most say it's a little hard to stir the wort with this spider web in there.

Autumn Seasonal Beer Thunderstruck Pumpkin Ale (AG and Extract versions)

My OG for extract was 1.052. I pulled it off pumpkin into secondary after 12 days, bottled 7 7 days later and my FG was 1.008. Was a bit surprised it dropped that low. Didn't taste very alcoholic, but 5.78% is a bit higher than I was expecting. I used 1332 Northwest Ale with a starter.

Autumn Seasonal Beer Thunderstruck Pumpkin Ale (AG and Extract versions)

No problems at all. It surprisingly mixes in quite well, and separates once in primary.

    Man, I love Apfelwein

Bottled and kegged 2.5 gallons three weeks ago, and it's all gone already. Went well at the block party!
