    Promalt from kerry

    I have some extra promalt from kerry enzymes. It contains protease, beta glucanase, and amylase. It's cool stuff you can turn any starch into sugar with it. Use it in gluten free brewing and high adjunct brewing. PM me.

    grind of alternative grains

    How finely can I grind my grains if my grist is made up of 100% unmalted sorghum and rice? I add rice hulls into the grist after grinding so I don't need to worry about destroying the hull. Any ideas? Extra info about my process so you can gauge what I'm doing... -grind raw grains -add...
