So I was brewing my second batch and was rinsing out the bucket put that had the extract on it. I took my eye off what I was dong for just second and my dipping cup tilted slightly back and poured out on the top of my hand! Had to finish the brew with my left had (awkward), but I got it done...

So I am off the rest of the week for my bday and plan on brewing to batches of beer! Going try my hand at cloning FlyDogs Raging bitch (Belgian style pale ale) and Maharajah Imperial Pale Ale! This will b my second and third batches! Will post pics during and up date thread during process!!

Lol, thats y I was asking. I brewed in my garage and my wife asked me if it would always make the house stink. I couldn't smell anything!

My first batch got done a few weeks ago and when I tried it, it tasted like a coors light on the front end. I bottled it an let it set like 2 weeks and it change the taste and is really amazing!

Sanitize, we don't need no stinkin sanitize!!! Fill my bathtub up with hot water dump some oxyclean in it and let them soak for a few hrs. The oxyclean also make labels fall right off. I then rinse them in the sink. Then use the idophore right when I am going to bottle!
