    Bad Beer In San Antonio

    The microbes here Are FUNKY. I brew in the garage and sanatize with bleach because when I have used other sanatizers I had bad beer. Long story abreviated I think the microbes here or pollen in the air can lead to off beer. Brew inside sanatize everything x10.

    Recirculating Ice Water Chiller

    I just recently got a 60' prechilling coil and have been considering useing dry ice for it. My only hesitation is it might freeze the water in the coil, any thoughts?

    I use 1/2 oz with 1/2oz sweet orange peal in my hefe.

    I use a 60' copper coil in salted ice that goes in to a second 60' copper coil that is in the wort. Why? cause south Tx. tap water is bathing temp.

    help needed, infected?....mold...?

    The one time I used starsan I had an infection. Went back to bleach and multiple rinsings and no problems to report.
