    It's believable even with automation you still have to learn your setup. I know I did when I got a zymatic. First brews were meh, but successive ones were great beers

    Yeah I do t see why you couldn't try putting in a bag or hops into the boil at any point. tailor a few smaller BIAB and use those to amp it up. I suppose we'll see what kind of hacks we can do in the near future

    Well, its at least a step in the proper direction, albeit a little late in the development. Everyone who is disgruntled SHOULD email several questions on this or your just gonna sound like a big whiner on here. Let's challenge the team a bit on this guys.

    If your home has a reverse osmosis filter it would help with that

    I was really vague. I suppose I interpreted it as "my water is hard and I want to make pilsners too so what's the deal with the automatic water inlet, is there another way?" So I just commented on the fact that you can do your own soft water additions if your only running hard water in your house

    You can add water manually with your own water. then before sparge time you add more water manually
