    Banana mead?

    I experimented with this one on one of my first trys, for my spices I used cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, and nutmeg. We tested it after the first rack, and then sweetened it and drank it on ice that same day. Next batch will be a 5 gal, and I am sure if we are patient and rack it a few times...
