    Need help with propane regulator..

My regulator keeps freezing up while brewing. I tried keeping a wet wash cloth on it and that freezes up as well. Also I tried to keep it elevated above the nozzle and that still wouldn't help. It freezes up so bad it shuts down the burn. What can I do? What regulator do you recommend?

    Lesson Learned.

Just brewed a beer today, Jamil's Ordinary Bitter. After the wort cooled, I put a gallon of spring water into my carboy. Then I started to add some wort and stopped to give it a little shake. Well, the carboy BROKE because I maybe got a little to aggressive on my cement floor. Quickly put...

    Almost instant fermentation! LOL

I just made a 5 gallon "Welch's Grape Juice Wine" and added used grape skins from my Classic Winery Series Cab I just racked. From one to another. That plus a full dose of proofed Lalvin 71B-1122 and I have air bubbles 30 minutes later in the airlock! LOL. WELCH’S CONCORD WINE Batch II...

Worried about no air lock action....

I started a WE World Australian Chardonnay yesterday and zero action as of yet. The temp was about 80 degrees. Did I kill the yeast being 5 degrees to hot and me being impatient? When should I start getting worried if I shouldn't be now? My first wine kit had action in 4 hours!
