If your not grounded you are not completing the circuit theirfor it does not shock you. This is why we us insulated tools and rubber soled shoes. I took 2 years of trade school and have been licensed for 20 yrs. I dont belive I ever said you could put the neutral on the ground screw!

I am electrician and im up with the days but connecting small equipment reallys isnt that hard. This diagram is pretty much standard for anywhere in the US!

the black wire is normally the "hot" wire which should go to the 120v screw which would be black or copper colored. the white wire is normally the common or grounded wire which is normally a silver or green screw switches should always be opened and closed from the hot side, not the cold...

My charcoal grill is going now, hamburgers. I had a propane grill and didnt like it, less flavor in the meat but it is easier to use.

Just my 2 cents, Buy a new fridge so you get a warrenty. Use any other fridge's for beer brewing. funny thing about used fridge, they may last for years or only days, must be like buying used soda kegs!

how long did you bottle/condition I keg soo I think that takes less time. All in All, try it in a few more weeks and see how it is!

I've got a batch going I just started 2 days ago, followed Ed's exact recipie. Its bubbling good and I can actually see whats going on thru the glass. Ill let it age for 2-3 mths probably, Got plenty of other brew 2 drink first! My Scottish Ale is tasting pretty well tonight.... Cheers!

Im pretty new 2 brewing myself. I use the buckett for primary which you can see thru a little bit. I put small marksalot lines when the trub has mostly settled for several batches so I have A generaly idea where 2 stop the racking cane. If you look closley as you put in the racking cane...

I did the exact same thing, it must be normal. I swished my carboy around every few days 2 see what was going on!
