    When do I connect CO2 to my pressurised barrel

    I am a complete novice and am in the process of making my first beer kit. I have done the first fermentation and now have syphoned into the pressurised barrel, it has been in the barrel since sat 26/5/2012. My question is when do I use the CO2 gas attached to the top of the cap? thank you. Mike
