    Hello everyone, I brewed this recipe 2wks ago. I was thinking of bottling it, but I’ve never bottled before, just keg. Im also planning to use brown sugar. My question is, how much brown sugar should I use for priming? Thanks!!

    I kegged an Irish Red last wk for the first time. Did 20 psi for 2 days, and it came out great. Set up my co2 @ 9 psi serving pressure. I dont know what happened but the psi on my pressure guage went up to about 50psi. I shut every thing down. Tried the beer and now it has a baking soda taste...
