    beer tastes metallic after being kegged

    hose clamps in cooler mash tun not stainless

    I just realized a couple days after brewing a wheat beer for the dirt time in a cooler mash tun that the hose clamps I used weren't stainless. They are now rusted. Did I just ruin this batch of beer? I'm more worried about lead than off flavors. Thanks

    bottle after 2 weeks with dryhop

    A friend is coming in town on July 14th. I brewed an all grain Sierra Nevada PA clone only 2.5 gallons on Sunday. Would it be ok to ferment 1 week then dryhop in primary for 1 week then bottle after only 2 weeks. That would give it at least 3 to 4 weeks in the bottle. I used Nottingham yeast...

    to much priming sugar?

    I had some problems siphoning my beer to the bottling bucket and ended up with 4 gallons. I just realized I put the entire package of sugar that was meant for 5 gallons. Should I worry about bottle bomb?
