    Lager under-attenuation

    Starter temp with lager yeast

    What size CO2 tank?

    I am planning on running 4 kegs. I will be force carbing as well. I was thinking I need a 20 lb tank so I'm not refilling it every 3 days. How long do your various size tanks last? Should I get a 20 or smaller? Thanks.

    Witbier and unmalted wheat

    Bjcp says the grist of a wit should be about 50% unmalted wheat. Sooooo does that mean flaked wheat? Is there another source of unmalted wheat?

    Temp drop in mash cooler

    I just recently moved from direct fire mashes in my kettle to doing them in a round beverage cooler, 10 gal. I am dropping 6-8 degrees F by the end of a 60 min mash.     Wheat grist and rice hulls

    Just curious, when doing a wheat beer with a 50/50 split of wheat and barley, how much rice hulls do you use? Figure 8-10 lbs of grain, mash ratio of 1.25-1.33 qt/lbs.

    Using Whirfloc/Irish moss in cloudy styles

    I typically don't make beers that are cloudy by their nature, however SWMBO has asked for a witbier. I usually throw in a Whirfloc tablet at 10 min, but I'm thinking, this beer is supposed to be hazy, so maybe I shouldn't. Thoughts?

    Polaris hops: what to make?

    Chill haze or "chill haze"?

    Pin lock vs ball lock

    I'm sure this has been covered, but is there really any big diff between ball lock and pin lock kegs? Seems pin lock are way cheaper, sooooo why wouldn't I get those? Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew
