    Pre-Boil and OG Adjustment Advice Needed

    Yesterday I brewed a batch of beer and was really hitting my numbers! Mash temps and extraction pre-boil specific gravity was right on. But after the boil, my OG as a few points below my target OG. What could I’ve done to increase my OG during the boil? Cheers, Gary

    Measurement conversion for Hops

    All - I have a recipe that spells out the hops quantities in tablespoons. Before I get my scale and weigh a tablespoon of pellet hops, can someone tell me off the top of their head what a tablespoon of pellet hops weighs? Cheers, Gary

    Low flocculent Yeast strains

    I’d like to get everyone’s opinion on the use of low flocculent yeast strains when bottle conditioning beers. Has anyone noticed a difference between low and high flocculent yeasts in how they lay down in the bottles?
