    want to smoke meat, etiquette in a townhouse?

    I believe that sharing a bit of the smoked product would go a long way to resolving any smoke related issues. Then again, if you turn out meat like I do, you could have a neighborhood riot on your hands.

    Center of Canada Dropping In

    Filting wine help!!

    Haven't tried a fish filter but that's some out of the box thinking! Water filters would work very nicely but the media has to be replaced for each wine filtering so costs would be substantial and there are large air spaces on start up so you will be exposing your wine to fresh air and then...

    Wine cooler heat

    The cooler will overheat a small space so you will have to vent it. Can you install a small exhaust fan that will direct the heat to an adjacent space. If you can, make sure there is a space under the door or through the floor to draw in cool air. Strangely enough, leaving the cooler door open...
