    Fermentation heater

I started 20 gallons of Berliner with a lacto fermentation. It got the pH down to 3.4 in 5 days using a ferm wrap keeping it at 80F.

No more auto siphon for me..

Bottled conditioned beer isn't generally oxidized because the yeast will scavenge up any O2 picked up during bottling.

I can take some pictures of the underside and inside. There are 2 glycol plates, one on either side. I do respectfully decline your offer. :)

Illinois 20 tap tower on stainless table top

My homebrew club bought it. We pulled all the taps out of it for another project. We were going to use it for beer events but it is a bit bulky to be moving around. The tower could be removed from the table top. It'd probably work well on someone's 19+ cuft chest freezer.

    Barrel Aged Cocktails and Beer

I have a 5 gallon barrel from Journeyman Distillery that I filled with Manhattan cocktail for a party. I plan on aging a variation of Jamil's English Barleywine in it. I think the Manhattan flavors will go nicely with the C60 and C120. I also plan on adding some Extra Dark Crystal too.

My big time savers: Grain weighed and milled ahead of time. Heating mash water ahead of time with a timer. No sparge mash. Whirlpool chilling.
