    If i have used glass big mouth bubblers for these beers should i get rid of them also? I have also kegged the beers (stainless steel obviously). If this is going to be my plan of action i will get rid of the kegerator hoses too, but what about the kegs?

    Okay I will do it! It didn't look like a lot of infections I have seen in the forums, so I thought I would ask and make sure.

    I used white labs wlp400 and just pitched a vial. I did not use a starter or do anything special. I should've added also that the yeast was about 1 month past the best by date.

    I'm getting mixed reviews here which is fine but doesn't solve my dilemma. Which is to keg or not to keg:) might be a bad question but is a yeast infection different from an infection of other sorts.

    This is an American pale ale all grain it was brewed 2 weeks ago today. Had a pretty vigorous fermentation even without a yeast starter. I have been thinking this was krausen and it would drop out over time but not for sure. Can you guys tell me if I'm in the clear or if I'm infected? Thank you

    I want to build a simple mash tun temp controller. I really looked and couldn't find a simple build list and instructions. I would just like to have my keggle mash tun with false bottom recirculating and my propane turning on and off for temperature. Any help would be awesome everyone thank you!!
