    My Weldless Build Using Strut

I basically used what you had done and ran through the price calcs between a two pot design and three pot design (66"x30"x16.75") and it ended up being only $50 more for three pots. The smaller pot is my old boil kettle and I just threw that up there for prospective. The plan will be to have...

    Overwhelming Simcoe flavor mellow?

I've done a couple of IPAs with Simcoe. I do remember having the same question. The overwhelming flavor and aroma will mellow out after a few weeks. I think 5-6 weeks after brew day it was really enjoyable and kept getting better.

    Cherry CDA Recipe advice

I was planing on doing a CDA (recipe below). Then my mom's cherry tree started to drop cherries. The problem that I have is I want to throw some in my CDA but I don't want the cherry favors to be overwhelming, but to be subtle. I was planing on putting the cherries purée in at high krausen. How...

    Re-vamping my cleaning/sanitation methods...

You should switch to Kegging. That eliminates so much work for packaging. There are some initial costs to get going but it is so worth the upfront costs to eliminate bottling.

How often do you clean your beer lines?

I usually have an extra keg or two kicking around that is full of either Star San or PBW. I *try* to flush the line with PBW between kegs or if it's not going to be used for a while i fill it with PWB. Then flush before putting beer though it. Are there any disadvantages to this method?
