I bought an IPA kit about a month or so ago. I went into my fridge to get the yeast, liquid with a starter inside of the package, and the yeast package had already swelled. I have no clue how long it's been like that. Do you think the yeast will be ok?

Completely forgot to add fruit and secondary before fermentation had completely stopped on a fruit beer. What's my best course of action, still secondary and add the fruit (concentrate) or add it to primary?

Soooo don't judge, but does anyone know how to possibly calculate the calories in your brewed beer? I'm on a diet but can't keep myself from getting into the keg!!
loose*** i recently was unscrewing my faucet to clean it, when my beer line came lose frmo my shank, but it is inside a tower. how do i go about tightening the beer line when i have no way of getting tinto my tower?? anyone else ever have this problem?? thanks!!
so i put some already carbonated beer into my keg, and now my beer is coming out with no foam what so ever, and tastes a little flat. is there anyway to recarbonate the beer? can i force carb it and bring it back??
So im drilling and building my kegerator today, butiforgot to defrost the fridge. Is it ok to still build and drill the hole even with the fridge still plugged in??
ok, i am really nervous about bending the freezer. i wold really like to make this a 2 keg fridge but im afraid to chance with the freezer, could you elaborate more about how to do the freezer? and what about the door and the thermostat??

I am making a strawverrywheat beer, in which i will rack to secondary to add strawberries. I was wondering what the best way is to check the gravity without risking oxygen getting to the beer? Could i just drop my sanitized hydrometer into my carboy and leave it in there and put the bunge back...
Anyone ever had experience with making these? They are cheaper than normal brewing, considering doing so i can have some beer for really drinking, and my real brewed beers for enjoying.
I have a blue moon that has been fermenting for two weeks. I am planning on moving to s secondary and adding oranges. I checked the gravity ad it is atnthe levelit needs to be, but my airlock isstill bubbling every twenty seconds. Shold i wait or am i ok to add the oranges for secondary?
Was going to transfer a beer to a secondary today, but my primary is still bubblingonce every 8 seconds, should i wait? Its been 7 days

I just bottled my first batch of apa beer on sunday. I just looked at a few bottles, and it appears theree is some trub settling at the bottle, and im not too happy because i thoughtidid a pretty good job of tansfering. Is there anything i may have done wrong to cause this? Is it normal??
