    Newbie to wine making

    Bought Mosti Mondiale Barola fresh juice which apparently fermented slowly in my refridgerator. The juice was transferred to a glass carbuoy and left for 5 days to ferment. The specific gravity of 1.00 hasn't budged at all. Do I wait longer, or do I have to add yeast. Advice would be greatly...
