Double IPA Double Simcoe IPA Recipe

I think so, I recently brewed the same recipe, but used all Mosaic hops. This beer was beyond belief, I am going to bottle some of it and enter some comps, it's that good

American Pale Ale 15 Minute Cascade Pale Ale

I brewed the original version of this recipe about a month ago, the only change I made was that I used Safeale 05 in one carboy and the Nottingham in the other. I just pulled samples of each and I can say that I am truely impressed with this beer! What a great concept for short brew days! I...

Double IPA Double Simcoe IPA Recipe

So for 2 long painstaking months I have let this sweet nectar sit and condition in kegs. We tapped it last night and the reception was one of winning a gold medal at the olymipcs. We dubbed it "Liquid Gold" I will be brewing this asap again! Oh, btw..abv: 8.6%! Mmmm

    American IPA Chinook IPA

So I filtered a few gallons into a keg 2 days ago. My thoughts were to do a side-by-side and see how the filtered vs. unfiltered tasted. I did a tasting woth my local BJCP amd he liked the unfiltered better. As did I, but bis comments substantiated that when you filter, you filter hop flavor by...

    Kölsch Neal's Kolsch

Okay, okay... I did my best to not tap my kolsch keg....and then my (Sea)hawks won! And before I knew it, the kolsch was flowing like a rapid river thru my tap handle. My review up to this point: still awesome! All my guests were stoked, amd loved it! Thank goodness I had.the forsight to.stash...

    Kölsch Neal's Kolsch

All I can say about this recipe is: Wow! I kegged it yesterday and took a sample, it tastes great, waiting for 2 months is going to be a struggle. I will post again when I finally succumb to the temptation to tap my keg. So you may be hearing from me tomorrow. Cheers!

Spice, Herb, or Vegetable Beer Mint Chocolate Stout

Hey all, I wanted to brew a chocolare stout, using cold pressed chocolate (no additives). I used the grain bill, hop schedule and opted to use the wyeast Rogue yeast. I brewed according to schedule, held my fermentation temp at 69, then kegged and pitched 2 oz of chocolate and let it sit for a...

    American IPA Chinook IPA

I brewed this beer roughly 2 weeks ago and transferred it to kegs today and then dryhopped. Unfortunately Amarillo hops are more scarce then a gallon of gas priced under $4.00 so I had to improvise, I opted to use Zythos. So far I am pretty impressed, I will have more updates in a few weeks. Cheers!

    Kölsch Neal's Kolsch

I just brewed 10 gallons of the kolsch today, I ended with an sg of 1.060 which sounds high, I opted to use the Wyeast Kolsch yeast to see if I also get the sulfuric esters. Will keep everyone posted, the wort tasted good :) thanks Neal!

Weissbier Bee Cave Brewery Bavarian Hefeweizen

I brewed this yesterday, brewed a 11gln batch. Starting gravity at 1.048. Fermenting at 62° as I am not a big banana fan, going for clove. The yeast is going crazy (see pic) and my garage smells amazing! I am excited to try this.

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

Used a starter this round (2nd), I am almost at 24 hours from pitching and the yeast is going nuts! I had to put both carboys (6 gallon capacity) in buckets because I am certain the krazen is going to puch the bubbler out.
