    Just took a sip

    I am in the middle of my first fermentation process and took a taste test from the gravity test tube and.....it was awesome!! It's been a full week since fermenting started and I have been worried but been reading all the posts on here and it is nice to know we all go through the same feelings...

    Drinking MY first homebrew

    That is awesome! Congratulations! I too am new to this and am on day 7 in the fermenter! Mine is wheat but not clear. Happy Brewing!!
