    Yeah i think it will be fine. That's 7 days in the fermenter at 18~20 degrees celcius. Just thought i would seek the opinions of many as opposed to my own.

    Infected or not. Its a mangrove jacks Wheet beer kit. With light malt and honey. Never had the darkness this seems to have. Smells fine? ?

    I had my wort fermenting away for 3 day in a nice temp stable room. But had visitors and had to move it. When i picked it up i nearly dropped the fermenter (and the contents of my bowl).     So chilled and severed its not to bad. Dry, which suits me fine Im not a sweet person at all. Nice apple flavour left in there, but it hast a strong yeast after taste. Ill leave another week see if it mellows out. Could be a bit green so to say
