    Adding honey to a cider

    I am thinking about making a peach cider and flavoring with honey. I'm not sure if I should add the honey during fermentation or maybe prior to bottling as the carb sugar. Any advise and/or insight is appreciated. Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew

    Rogue brew bottles

    I have searched for this and didn't find anything (maybe searched with the wrong terms), but does anyone have a good method on removing the markings on a Rogue bottle? They don't use traditional labels, as you more than likely know.
