    Coopers DIY Kit

    Bottled tonight. Woohoo! 16 days. Should I only go as far as where the tap stops supplying the beer or do I tip the fermenter a bit to finish the next bottle? Afraid that might disturb the crud near the bottom.

    Hello all, New to the forum but found a lot of help already in this thread. Just got a Coopers kit for xmas and mixed first batch today (12/28). Very excited. Couple of quick questions if anyone can help. A) Noticed a decent amount of settling at bottom of fermenter in the 4 hours...
