I just brewd a batch of porter, I opened my first bottle tonight but there was zero carbination. What gives? It was a 12 oz bottle and I used a carbination pellot. What is the deal
I want to bottle my beer but I dont know if its ready. The airlock has slowed down a lot and its at 1.020°. The instructions say it has to be below 1.014°. Am I safe to go ahead and bottle?
