    DME instead of sugar for bottling???

    Has anyone bottled thier beer with DME instead of sugar??? What the poccess? Is it better than sugar? I'm fermenting a Belgian Quad and wondered what would be better. OG was 1.096, Gravity after 3 weeks in Primary was 1.030. I'm sitting in a secondary now for 2 to 3 weeks.

    I brewed a belgian quad from a recipe that I've brewed before. It's supposed to have an og about 1.102 (I got 1.096) and a final gravity of 1.025. I got 1.030 after two weeks in the primary, checked it again after three weeks and it's still at 1.030. I followed the recipe with an addition of...
