    Just opened my first Home Brew

    Can't find OG

    I brewed this product http://www.brewingwithbriess.com/Assets/PDFs/Briess_PISB_CBWBavarianWheatLME.pdf with 2.5 gallons, I can't figure out the OG. I forgot to take an OG reading.

    First Time Brewing Forgot to Aerate

    When reading some of the material, I read to pour vigorously into Fermentation bucket, so I did. I poured it in the as fast as I could. Then later I read somewhere it needs to be whisked for 3 to 5 minutes. I didn't do that. I got activity in my airlock almost immediately for about 2 days...

    Alcohol Content

    How do you find the alcohol content if you didn't take a OG reading. I started fermentation Sunday around 5pm. Do I take one now or just wait it out?
