    Looking to buy a 9 gallon kettle, any suggestions?

    Not sure what to buy brand wise, but I do want one at least nine gallons. Any thoughts on what to buy, that is not to expensive? Is the tri-ply bottom really that important to have? Thanks....

    Need help finding a stainless steel pot with at least close to 16in in hight.

    I need help finding a pot that will fit the IC right. I dont like it sticking out of the kettle. Looking for 9ish to a 10 gallon pot. Thanks.. I have found some that are 12 inches, but the IC sticks out on the 10 gallon one.
